Earthquake Walk

A random walker whose step sizes come from the past week of real earthquakes. Big magnitudes are rare and enormous, the same heavy tail a Lévy flight has, so the walk clusters and then leaps.

Chapter 0 (Randomness). Each earthquake magnitude sets a step length of roughly 10^(mag-2.5), so a magnitude 6 jumps a thousand times farther than a magnitude 3. That is the Gutenberg-Richter law drawn as motion.
