Chapter 1 (Vectors). Each grid point is a wind vector (speed and direction); bilinear interpolation fills the space between them, and thousands of test points trace streamlines through the field. Warm lines are fast wind, cool lines calm.

Data: Open-Meteo forecast API, wind at 10m over a 3x3 lat/lon grid (public, no key).
